History

GriwaPlan AG was founded in 1987 and designs, to this day, residential and commercial properties with the unique chalet characteristics of the Grindelwald mountain village.

Design and Execution of New Buildings

First and foremost, GriwaPlan AG, as a general contractor, designs and executes multi-family and single family residences on its own. Therefore, the client has only one contact person from the planning phase all the way through to the move-in ready chalet. Beginning with the design and building phase GriwaTreuhand AG seeks investors (www.griwatreuhand.ch), respective buyers, or renters (www.griwarent.ch) for these residences. However, clients often come to GriwaPlan AG in order to make their own wishes and ideas a reality.
